***** Susan K. :Soliman Movers and More made our pick up of a SubZero refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and Stickley bed, box spring and mattress as easy as possible. The move was complicated by Stickley Furniture not being able to deliver our bed, box spring and mattress (May and June) in a timely manner since they were having their clearance sale. We needed it for July 3. Soliman Movers not only made arrangements to pick it up with their trailer and deliver it to our daughter's house that had the refrigerator and dishwasher, they had to do it by an earlier time than our move could be scheduled since we were second on the list. Overall, what started out as a nightmare, turned into a wonderful experience. Not only did everything go like clockwork, Soliman charged us less for the Stickley pick up and delivery than Stickley did since they were already coming in our direction. When the movers arrived, I asked them to take the bed, box spring and matterss to the second floor and to please put it together for me, which they did without complaint. I couldn't have been happier. This company knows what customer service is and provide it above expectations. We will definitely use them again. They also answered the phone EVERY time we called! No answering machine or next day call back. Amazing!
